In the summer of 2021, we partnered with Verge to fill 5 key leadership positions across our technology, communications, operations and fundraising functions. As we prepared for the 2022 midterms and beyond, we were looking for a partner to help us think holistically about our needs, and how to meet them. Eloise and Jen became vital extensions of our team - conducting market research to inform levels and salary ranges, collaboratively developing job descriptions, interview plans, guides and rubrics, reviewing applications to emerge qualified candidates, being the main point of contact for candidates, and keeping the Vote.org team on track and prepared to do our part. Collaborating with Jen marked my first formal coaching experience and emerged as a pivotal cornerstone in my professional development.
